The agency has started the second phase of the Zion Plaza-Olusoji Avenue restoration project in Ibadan, which connects the Alao-Akala Expressway.

According to a statement released to the Punch, made in the state capital of Ibadan, OYSROMA chairman Busoye Ogunlade announced that the first stage of the repair was completed in June 2024.
He added that desilting work on drainage has started to reduce traffic jams and improve the lot of road users, adding that the new fixes would give commuters and residents hope for relief.
“We reduced the problematic sections of the road and designed the drains that are currently on that route.

In addition to praising Governor Seyi Makinde for his prompt approval of the road repairs, Ogunlade said, “We are looking at having a state with zero potholes, with clearly defined outcomes of smooth roads that will aid our socio-economic development.”
