Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed has alleged that the ruling party the APC is ploting to cause confusion in the PDP by infiltrating the party with agents.
In an interview with the Board of Trustee of the People’s Democratic party, PDP, led by Sen. Adolphus Wabara at the Government House in Bauchi, Mohammed indicated his worry on the PDP members working with the APC in particular, Nyesom Wike, the FCT Minister.
According to the punch, Mohammed who is also the Chairman PDP Governors’ forum described the scenario as ‘baffling’ and said APC strategy is aimed at decimating the PDP. Others are just having a feel of the opposition but it is only PDP with the experience of governance that is being challenged.
PDP stands united at the moment discusssing crisis
This sentiment was further supported by Senator Adolphus Wabara who stressed on the need for PDP to sort out its internal problems ranging from election of substantive National Chairman and simmering crises within some states which is evident with Rivers state for instance.
This prompted Wabara to reassure the party that they were capable of solving these crises adding that “Let there not be factional grouping of ideas or positions to demarcate us.
