Covenant University has once again emerged the best University in Nigeria according to the 2024 Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
The institution situated in Ota emerged as the best in the areas of teaching, research environment, industry and, international outlook, thus proving its position as one of the best in Nigeria.
Covenant University remains the best university in Nigerian universities in 2024 ranking
The survey which involved 1907 universities across 108 countries ranked Covenant University better than other Nigerian universities such as the University of Ibadan which ranked second, the Federal University of Technology Akure which ranked third and the University of Lagos which ranked fourth.
These institutions were evaluated using 18 performance indicators across five major areas: The five areas measured are: teaching, research quality, research environment, industry impact, and global outlook.
