Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has appointed Ben Iloanusi as its acting Managing Director after completion of Fidet Okhiria’s tenure.
He has been with the corporation since 2011; before this appointment he held the position of the Deputy Director of Procurement since 2019.
Iloanusi has competed with a degree in Political Science and an MBA in International Management. Okhiria in his farewell message thanked the NRC staff and asked them to continue supporting his successor.
Iloanusi’s vision of the future
Speaking as acting Managing Director Iloanusi said that he is ready to listen to critical comments and stressed the need for teamwork.
According to Vanguard, during the transition he assured the NRC team his commitment to advancing the Corporation and invited constructive criticism to guide his leadership.
