According to a report by [The Sun](#), the APC veteran emphasized the Supreme Court’s ultimate authority in litigations, stressing its finality in decisions.
Nkire anticipates Atiku and Obi to uphold the rule of law, recalling both leaders previously benefited from its provisions. Highlighting challenges faced by Atiku and Obi during elections, Nkire cited PDP’s ongoing internal crisis and LP’s limited reach. However, he remains hopeful the duo will reconsider and join Tinubu’s mission to rejuvenate Nigeria’s economy.
He pointed out, “Atiku and Obi must recognize Nigeria’s ongoing development and its fragile nature, which no personal ambition should jeopardize.”
